In the House sleeps up to 33 persons in 11th seperate accommodations. 

In the Villa only 13 persons in 3 accommodation. 

Both, futures  lounge a full kitchen, dining area, play room, TV room, free WiFi, hard wood or carpeted floors bathroom with shower in every room, or on the floor.

Bedding, towel, hair dryer, liquid soap included. Free Parking on the properties. No reservation neded

House Rules

Pets are allowed in the properties but will need acceptance. 

Pets can not be left alone in the room, additional cleaning fee will be charged. 

Furniture rearrangement is not allowed as this may damage the floor.
